Home Pros STL was built with a firsthand understanding of what homeowners experience during major property damage situations. Our owner personally went through a house fire on April 1, 2021 — and navigated every stage of the process that our customers face today, from the initial shock and emergency response to insurance claims, contractor coordination, and full reconstruction. That experience gave us something most contractors simply do not have: a genuine understanding of what it feels like to be on the homeowner's side of a restoration project. We begin each project with a careful evaluation of the work needed. Depending on the project, this may include reviewing customer-provided photos, completing a virtual assessment, or scheduling an on-site inspection and measurement.
Once the project has been evaluated, we provide a clear written scope of work so you understand what is included before work begins. Our experienced team can manage each phase of the project, including emergency response, demolition, structural repairs, drywall, flooring, and interior finish work.
Throughout the project, we coordinate around your schedule, protect surrounding areas, and provide clear updates on progress. Every job concludes with a detailed cleanup and final walkthrough to confirm the completed work looks right and performs as intended.
On-site assessments, inspections, and measurements may require a service fee. When applicable, the assessment fee may be credited toward an approved project.
