Home Pros STL LLC was built with a firsthand understanding of what homeowners go through after serious property damage.
On April 1, 2021, our owner personally experienced a house fire and went through the same difficult process many of our restoration customers face today — the initial emergency, securing the property, dealing with insurance, coordinating contractors, making repair decisions, and ultimately rebuilding.
That experience changed the way we approach restoration and residential repair work.
We understand that after a fire, flood, or other major loss, homeowners are not simply dealing with damaged drywall, flooring, framing, or personal belongings. They are dealing with disruption to their home, their routine, and the place where they are supposed to feel most comfortable.
